I've used cranberry and Olive cardstock as well as inks.  For the bling I used red glitter gems and green epoxy bubbles. The B&T is Pear & Partridge from last years catalogue.  (Keep your eyes open the NEW Holiday Mini starts Oct. 15th this years Christmas paper is hard to wait for ; )

Scandinavian Wishes with a twist . . .

For October the Stamp of the month is Scandinavian Wishes.  From the moment I saw this set I thought (while definately Christmas) it could span so many holidays.  I hope my card helps you think outside the Christmas box when you look at this set. I am an Irish girl and see Shamrocks every where even in the heart stamp here I thought it would be PERFECT and  I think this time I was right!  (it had to happen sooner or later) Color my heart this week is challenging us to use JUST Sweet Leaf & Olive on our project and that fit perfectly for my vision of this card.  So the Ink and stem are Olive the Cardstock is Sweet Leaf.  My bling is from the new mini melody accent collection (SUPER CUTE!!!!!!)

Always Grateful

This card was inspired completely by MoJo Monday sketch; but I have to admit I've been looking for an excuse to use this thumping technique on the Oak tree from the For Always Stamp set.  I love the way the tree looks!  For this technique I inked the trunk with chocolate ink and the proceeded to use the thick tip of both the light and dark shades of Autumn Terracotta, Ruby, Honey, and Olive randomly thumping them on the top.  So easy !!! On this card I've also used Goldrush and Autumn Terracotta Cardstock.  Huntington B&T and some Glitter paper from the Brown and Tan assortment.  paper.  Here is the Link to Mojo Monday to be inspired.  MOJO

My layout from the Pajama Party

Happy Monday Crafters!  I just realized that I never posted my version of the layout from the summer Pajama Party.  So here it is . . . as you can see I followed my own color pallet and skipped the flowers and used pinwheels instead.

for this layout I used the alphabet stamp from you are my happy, sunset, lagoon, chocolate, and buttercup cardstock. Babycakes B&T paper. AND my ALL 3 of my Cricut  cartridges.  If you saw the video you'll know that MOST of the layout is from Artbooking, however the title Corky is from Art Philosophy, and the pinwheels are from Artiste.  I love how perfectly these cartridges go together!!!

Dare ya Outdoor Denium, Goldrush, Lagoon, Gypsy

I Dare ya . . . .Well actually Color my heart dared me . . .  to use Outdoor Denim, Goldrush, Lagoon, Gypsy all on one card.  Well since Lagoon and Gypsy are my fav's I just needed to toss in 2 more.  For this card I used a paint chip technique. I used cheap tape from the dollar store to grab my ink and transfer it to the white cardstock.  Then I mounted it on Gypsy Cardstock and Lagoon.  The sentiment is from You are my Happy (only available through the end of the month)

Here is another card using all the same things as the top card just different sizes and layout.
