Just FOOLING around

This month over at Heart 2 Heart the scrap challenge was Fool.  Ya know April Fool's ha ha.  But seriously or not so seriously I chose to use a Studio J layout of us just FOOLing around.  I grew up playing tons of games with my family and have tried to pass on that love to my boy.  This layout highlights the quick and easy Studio J layouts you just drag and drop your pictures into the layout after you choose a paper pack a Viola!!!! I love to use Studio J when my scrapping is a little behind or I'm just crunched for time.

Up, UP, and AWAY !!!!!!

I made this card to wish my youngest nephew a great BIG HAPPY 8th Birthday!!!!!  I went with a theme idea for his gift and bought him a rocket.  So you can imagine my suprise when the challenge for this week at "less is More" was Up, UP, and AWAY !!!!!! For this card I used Pacifica Cardstock and my Cricut Artiste cartridge.  As if cutting it from my Cricut wasn't simple enough the rest was just backing the card with glitter trim and Confetti B&T paper.  I finally added some stars and epoxy bubbles to lend to the outer space feel of the card.  Viola quick and simple and yet SO perfect for a boy's birthday and a less is more challenge !
