This stamp set is the Stamp of the Month for June and is perfect for summer !!!! Here is a link to the blog hop featuring great ideas using this set.  http://ifyoublingit.blogspot.com/

For this layout I used Ruby, Canary, and Juniper Cardstock and ink.  This is a picture of my nephew when I was teaching him to drive.  One of the lessons I wanted him to learn is to CHILL or stay SMOOTH!!!  So after many a lessons we would stop for SMOOTHIES or Ice Cream to help the lesson to stick.  The colors happen to be the colors used for the Color My Heart Color Dare!!!  Plus this layout is for the Tutti-Frutti  Challenge for Heart to Heart since the smoothies and Ice Cream where often Tutti-Frutti flavors !!!!!

Confirmation Cards - Mum shoulodn't be the word!!!

This year I had the honor of being prayer partners for a beautiful, dynamic young lady.  My sister and I made cards and prayed for this young lady as she prepared to take the next BIG step of faith.  Claiming the faith that her family has raised her in and making it her own!  But the whole things was a secret until before her 1st Communion.  So we had to swear all the kids to secrecy and try not to make eye contact with her and her family too much.  So that is why I think this card works for the challenge at H2H Mums the word.  It was tricky to keep it all a secret until the right time.  This card I made using Thistle cardstock and inks as well as the Celebrate B&T paper pack.

Up, UP, and AWAY !!!!!!

I made this card to wish my youngest nephew a great BIG HAPPY 8th Birthday!!!!!  I went with a theme idea for his gift and bought him a rocket.  So you can imagine my suprise when the challenge for this week at "less is More" was Up, UP, and AWAY !!!!!! For this card I used Pacifica Cardstock and my Cricut Artiste cartridge.  As if cutting it from my Cricut wasn't simple enough the rest was just backing the card with glitter trim and Confetti B&T paper.  I finally added some stars and epoxy bubbles to lend to the outer space feel of the card.  Viola quick and simple and yet SO perfect for a boy's birthday and a less is more challenge !

CUTE . . . .

The challenge over @ H2H this week is cute!  Well with a teenage boy cute isn't a part of my everyday life.  Video games, late nights, Dirt, smell, last minute changes and a healthy dose of conflict are more the daily menu. SOOOO when the challenge was cute I happily grabbed one of the samples I made for a friends baby shower.

I LOVE THIS CARD ! ! ! !  I used my Cricut to cut the umbrella, rain drops and banner.  The sentiment is from one of my 1st ever CTMH stamp sets Tiny Typewriter Alphabet.  The B&T paper is Confetti Wishes and Balloon Ride.  The cardstock is White Daisy and Thistle (a new fav).  The sentiment is inked in Pacifica as well as the distressing for the Balloon Ride.
