Yes my sister was born on the 4th of July and today is her Birthday!!!! It felt SO good to get inky today I've been in a couple college classes this summer (WHAT WAS I THINKING!!!!) one of which has been intense condensed and has had me studying 6 hrs a night. So something had to give along with housecleaning and grocery shopping crafting was nixed. But now I'm happy to say I'm back in balance and hope to be inkin around alot (a girls gotta make up for lost time right) so back to the card . . . I was going through some of my swaps to get insipred and this treat bag made by Terry Callaghan grabbed my eye. I thought I bet I could make that into a card and the rest is stamping history!
So both projects use Jubilee papers (one of my favs) and the Made from scratch stamp set with cranberry bakers twine. I also used From me to you for the sentiment on my card and some durables to add to the shabby chic look. I love the way this turned out and I hope you do too. If ya see my sister today wish her a Happy Birthday !!!!
