My brother and his bride recently purchased a house and I thought this would be a good house warming gift for them.  The photo mat will accommodate a 5x7 photo.

 

On this Layout I have used Cashmere and Saddle cardstock, Cocoa Ink, Buzz & Bumble B&TDuos, Tan Sparkles, and of coarse HOME SWEET HOME stamp set  ; )
